Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Laundry Operator / Laundry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for washing, drying, ironing, folding, and handling garments and linens while ensuring quality, cleanliness, and timely delivery.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in a laundry, garment, or dry-cleaning environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Sort clothes and linens based on fabric type, color, and washing instructions.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, hydro extractors, and ironing/pressing equipment.
- Use appropriate detergents, chemicals, and cleaning methods.
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, or missing items before and after washing.
- Iron, fold, pack, and prepare laundry items for delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry area.




- Ensure machines are operated safely and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Meet daily production and turnaround time targets.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of laundry operations and garment care.
- Ability to operate laundry and ironing equipment.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for long hours and handle physical work.

Qualifications

- SSLC / PUC or equivalent.
- Experience in hotels, hospitals, laundries, or garment industries is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,141.87 - ₹25,000.69 per month
