- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within enterprise systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting master data governance processes and workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements.
- Familiarity with data quality management and validation techniques within SAP environments.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues, solutions, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders.
