Associate to the Founder — Real Estate & Hospitality

We're looking for a highly motivated Associate who enjoys solving diverse problems, learning quickly, and taking ownership. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll work directly with the founder across our real estate and hotel operations — spanning business operations, research, guest and client relations, project planning, and special initiatives. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, organised, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Conduct research on real estate markets, property development, hospitality trends, technology, finance, legal, or operational topics.
- Prepare qualified documents, presentations, investment reports, and Excel models (feasibility studies, occupancy forecasts, ROI and cash-flow analysis).
- Coordinate meetings, follow up with stakeholders, and manage the founder's schedule.
- Communicate with guests, clients, tenants, brokers, vendors, contractors, government and regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.
- Analyze information and recommend practical solutions across property and hotel operations.
- Assist in planning and executing new initiatives and special projects — property acquisitions, launches, renovations, or new service offerings.
- Support day-to-day operations across multiple functions whenever required, from front-office and guest experience to facilities and asset management.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, and generate insights.




- Handle ad-hoc tasks that require independent thinking and ownership.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Thinks logically and enjoys solving problems.
- Learns new concepts quickly and is comfortable working outside their comfort zone.
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
- Can independently research unfamiliar topics and summarise findings.
- Is comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds — a natural fit for a guest- and client-facing industry.
- Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Is familiar with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot and understands how to use them effectively.

Nice to have:

- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Business.
- Prior exposure to real estate, hospitality, or property management.
