Job Summary

UVK Link Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing production tooling, fixtures, robotic cells, and automation systems for automotive, aerospace, EV, and industrial manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and CATIA.
- Design and develop Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges, Robotic Cells, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Design systems involving Hydraulic and Pneumatic components.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements.
- Support manufacturing, assembly, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Supervise fabrication and assembly to ensure design compliance.
- Conduct design reviews and implement engineering improvements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams for timely project execution.
- Visit customer sites for measurements, installation support, and technical discussions when required.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CATIA.




- Solid knowledge of Automotive Engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges, Robotic Cells, and SPM Design.
- Knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Good problem-solving, communication, and supervision skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of welding fixtures and production line tooling.
- Understanding of robotic integration and automation systems.
- Familiarity with sheet metal, machining, and fabrication processes.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.

Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or industrial automation sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
