Experience Level: Fresher to 1 Year (Junior Level)

Key Responsibilities

- AutoCAD & Drafting:
- Prepare accurate building plans and layout drawings to scale using AutoCAD.
- Estimation & Costing:
- Prepare detailed project estimates using BMC DSR (District Schedule of Rates) and government rate schedules.
- Maintain and manage estimate sheets in Advance Excel.
- Government Tender Management:
- Daily search government tender portals to shortlist at least 3 to 4 relevant tenders matching company eligibility.
- Prepare complete tender document sets (boq, technical documents, compliance paperwork).
- Ensure daily submission/filling of 1 to 2 tenders accurately on tender portals.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Software: Proficient in AutoCAD and Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, BOQ preparation).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of scale drawing, quantity surveying, and BMC DSR rates.
- Language/Communication: Ability to read and understand complex government tender documents and guidelines.
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant certification in drafting & estimation).
