Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented US Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in US accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations. If you have strong accounting knowledge and enjoy working with international clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage bookkeeping and accounting for US clients.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Maintain General Ledger (GL) and journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure data accuracy.
- Work with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of US Accounting and Bookkeeping.




- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, or Zoho Books.
- Good understanding of AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in US Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of US GAAP will be an added advantage.
