Job Description:
- Administer and support CAD tools, including Creo Parametric and Creo Schematics.
- Good to have knowledge on how Creo batch script works.
- Should have the Creo and Windchill PLM Knowledge.
- Should have good basic knowledge on Windchill administration.
- Creo Configuration files Knowledge.
- Should understand the users’ requirements and work accordingly.
- Manage and maintain Workgroup Manager, ensuring seamless integration with CAD tools.
- Support Creo, Creo Schematics, MathCAD and Creo View users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CAD standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CAD-related issues in a timely manner.
- Work on assigned tasks and action items by the client.
- Positive to have knowledge of any coding language like C/C++/Python, etc.
- Ready to work in shifts.
