Job Summary

Adeptmed Healthcare Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced MDS Coordinator with hands-on experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Minimum Data Set (MDS). The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of CMS Five-Star Ratings, Quality Measures, and clinical documentation to support quality improvement and compliance with US healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate MDS assessments for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and analyze CMS Five-Star Ratings and Quality Measures.
- Identify documentation gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and MDS guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality outcomes.
- Prepare reports and track quality performance metrics.
- Stay updated with changes in CMS regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

- B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or Registered Nurse (RN).




- Experience working with MDS in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Positive understanding of CMS Five-Star Rating methodology and Quality Measures.
- Strong analytical and clinical documentation review skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in US Healthcare.
- Familiarity with MDS software and clinical documentation systems.
- RAC-CT certification will be an added advantage.
