About the Opportunity

We are building a fast-growing chemical trading startup focused on Food Chemicals, Textile Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals, and Specialty Chemicals. We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial partner who is ready to build the business together.

This is not a salaried position. The selected candidate will become a Business Partner and will earn through profit sharing and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop new customers across various industries.
- Generate B2B leads and close sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Meet manufacturers and negotiate pricing.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with purchase and logistics.
- Achieve monthly business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Experience in Chemical Sales or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Knowledge of Industrial, Food, or Textile Chemicals.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualification

- B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech Chemical
- MBA Marketing (Preferred)
- Experience in Chemical Industry preferred.
