Role Summary

We are hiring a Piping Engineer / Piping Designer with strong skills in pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II / AutoPIPE / any other pipe stress software, along with piping modelling and deliverables.

Minimum 1 year experience preferred (freshers also welcome).
English communication is mandatory for meetings, coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II / AutoPIPE / equivalent
- Prepare stress reports, load summaries, and support/restraint recommendations
- Prepare piping layouts, routing, and updates using AutoCAD / Plant 3D / E3D
- Develop and update 3D piping models and extract deliverables
- Prepare Isometrics (ISO), GA drawings, spool drawings, and MTO/BOM
- Support Revit MEP modelling (piping services) and coordination as required
- Review and work based on P&IDs;, line list, piping specs, vendor drawings, and site/as-built mark-ups
- Coordinate with structural/civil, mechanical, and BIM teams for clashes, openings, and supports
- Attend meetings and handle technical clarifications in English




- Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and basic document control

Requirements

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant)
- 1 year experience preferred (freshers with strong software skills can apply)
- Must have:
- ✅ CAESAR II / AutoPIPE / any pipe stress software (hands-on)
- ✅ Ability to read and mark-up Isometrics (ISO), P&IDs;, and GA drawings
- Good understanding of piping components, fittings, valves, supports, and drafting standards
- English communication mandatory (spoken + written)

Added Advantage

- Experience in industrial plants (oil & gas / water / process / pharma / data centers)
- Exposure to coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks) is a plus
