Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling/customer support/sales experience are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's solar products and services.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/Excel database.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily calling targets and lead generation goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.
- Knowledge of the solar industry will be an added advantage.
