Job Title: Head Credit Control

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head Credit Control to lead and manage the company’s credit policies, receivables, and risk management functions. The role involves ensuring timely collections, minimizing bad debts, and maintaining strong financial discipline across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures across the organization
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
- Lead the credit evaluation process for current and existing customers
- Reduce credit risk exposure and control bad debts
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams for credit approvals and limit setting
- Drive collection strategies and follow-ups for overdue payments
- Prepare aging reports, MIS, and credit analysis reports for management
- Handle escalations related to payment disputes and recovery




- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Build and lead a high-performing credit control team

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA/ICWA preferred)
- 8–15 years of experience in credit control, receivables, or finance
- Strong knowledge of credit risk management and collections
- Experience in B2B / manufacturing / EPC industry preferred
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel

Working Details

- Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday – Work From Home)
- Transport Facility: Pick-up and drop available from Ghansoli Station
