Position : Service Engineer - Solar Pumps
Location : Nashik, Beed, Hingoli, Pune, Ahmednagar, Nandurbar
Company: Rotomag Enertec Limited (Formerly known as Rotomag Motors & Controls Private Limited).
l Visits various sites to attend and resolve customers' and dealers' complaints with in the time limit
l Supporting the dealers by providing appropriate technical information, site assessment, selection and sizing of pumping systems and maintaining them.
l Training of dealers and installing agencies and service centers /partners in providing appropriate service and support to the end users.
l Providing feedback about improvement to the development team
l Coordination between dealer , Branch and HO for supply of Repaired products.
l Repairing activity of defective products at branch service center
l Technical support to marketing team during exhibition
l To complete other tasks, activities given by your functional head
