Responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff performance, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth and profitable store management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Supervise and train store staff
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Track sales performance and meet targets
- Handle billing, cash, and store reporting
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
Pay: ₹8,100.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
