Roles & Responsibilities

- Financial Consulting/Advisory: Providing expert advice on investments, loans, and complex financial products to clients (HNIs, Corporates).
- Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining crucial relationships with corporates, educational institutions, and government bodies to boost business (CASA, Loans).
- Audit & Compliance: Conducting concurrent audits, ensuring regulatory adherence, and monitoring internal processes.
- Training & Mentorship: Guiding current staff on systems, procedures, and customer service.
- Project/Process Improvement: Working on digital transformation, recent product rollouts (like digital lending), and enhancing customer experience.
- Resource Mobilization: Assisting in garnering CSR funds, equity, and other resources for institutional projects like HEFA.





Key Characteristics of These Roles

- Contractual Basis: Usually on a fixed-term contract, not re-employment, with termination clauses.
- No Administrative/Financial Powers: Generally, they do not exercise the decision-making powers they held as active officers.
- Performance-Based: Engagement often depends on past performance, digital aptitude (using mobile apps/PCs), and ability to adapt.
- Focus on Experience: Leverages deep domain knowledge and proven track records in banking systems, procedures, and customer relations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
