Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive & Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy. Candidates should be organized, reliable, and proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
- Enter, update, and verify data in accounting software and company databases.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain and organize financial and administrative documents.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and company data.




- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers as required.
- Perform general administrative and data management tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
- Good typing speed with excellent accuracy.
- Robust numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Accounting: 3 years (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
- Tally: 3 years (Preferred)
