Job Purpose
Assess, evaluate, review, and approve credit proposals for wholesale banking relationships involving various products. Own assigned portfolio, monitor accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance in credit dispensation and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Appraisal of Proposal
Review credit proposals and assess credit and risk comprehensively.
Convey explicit opinions on transaction acceptability covering business model, industry risk, and regulations.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of CAMs and adherence to credit policy.
Portfolio Monitoring
Monitor accounts and track industry developments to identify stress early.
Devise and implement risk reduction strategies for stressed accounts.
Conduct periodic reviews with business teams and address early warning signals.
Partner with teams to review end-use monitoring and address regulatory/audit issues.
TAT
Maintain defined credit and end-to-end TATs to ensure timely service delivery.
Education:
MBA, CA, FRM, CFA.
