Position: Senior RMO
Department: ICU
Location: Dr. Rane Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Chembur, Mumbai

Eligibility

- MBBS with minimum 1 year of ICU/Emergency/Anesthesia experience.
- Preferred: Degree/Diploma/Certificate/Fellowship in Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, or Critical Care.
- Valid MMC registration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage critically ill ICU patients.
- Handle medical emergencies and ventilator management.
- Perform/assist with ICU procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants and nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and NABH standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide RMOs.
- Review clinical decisions and documentation.
- Conduct shift handovers.
- Ensure quality patient care and protocol adherence.
- Mentor junior doctors.

Skills Required

- Robust clinical judgment.
- Emergency and critical care management.
- Leadership and team supervision.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
