Responsibilities

Research and identify suitable vendors through online platforms as per project, location and

services needs (Services such as Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, Fabrication, Civil Work etc.)

- Build vendor relationships and communicate customer requirements and partnership benefits.
- Assess vendor capability and readiness for assignments with internal coordination.
- Negotiate and convince vendors to work within Inspacco’s standard rates.
- Streamline vendor onboarding and ensure smooth demand–supply alignment.
- Maintain daily reports on sourcing progress and performance
- Expand Inspacco’s vendor network across recent categories and regions.

Who should apply?

- Pursuing/Completed graduation in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Production or MBA in Supply

Chain/Operations/Procurement/Marketing





- Members of EDC / Startup / Placement / Innovation Clubs are highly preferred.
- Fluency in South Indian languages (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada) are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Good communication skills & should good at MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
