Job Description: Job Title: Assistant Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: Bangalore Job Summary: The Notice Management resource is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the receipt, processing, and resolution of various notices, including legal, regulatory, and compliance-related communications. This role ensures that all notices are managed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Notice Processing: Receive, log in the Notice Management Tracker, and categorize incoming notices and assign to respective Team to ensure timely and appropriate action. Analysis and Assessment: Evaluate the content and implications of notices to determine necessary responses or escalations. Coordination: Create JIRA ticket, Collaborate with internal departments such as Data Tech Team, legal, compliance, and operations to address and resolve notice-related issues. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all notices, actions taken, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.



Reporting: Prepare regular reports on notice management activities, highlighting trends, risks, and areas for improvement. Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure that notice handling processes remain compliant. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor Degree and or CA Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in notice management, compliance, or a related area. Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using notice management software and other relevant tools. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional requirements to work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines. Potential need to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
