Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience to support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for store and office positions.
- Coordinate interviews and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Support payroll by providing attendance and employee data.
- Prepare HR letters and other HR-related documents.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2–4 years of HR experience in retail or other non-IT industries.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS software.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
