We are looking for Senior Accounts Executive

Designation: Senior Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting with the audits. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting in systems like Tally / ERP

◼

Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions

◼

Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations

◼

Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations

◼

Support preparation of MIS reports and variance analysis

◼

Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliation, and audits

◼

Manage TDS calculations, payments, and filings

◼

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under Income Tax Department of India and GST laws

◼

Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycles

◼

Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections

◼





Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding dues

◼

Support payroll processing and compliance

◼

Verify employee reimbursements and expense claims

◼

Ensure proper cost allocation across departments/sites

◼

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

◼

Liaise with internal departments (Operations, HR, Procurement)

◼

Coordinate with banks, consultants, and auditors

◼

Payment processing through banking channels

◼

Other functions as may be required

Technical Skills Desired (if any): Well versed with Tally ERP

Education / Professional qualification desired : M.com/B.com/CA Inter/CMA Inter or eq.

Minimum experience required (years) : 3+ Years

Nature of experience / Industry Preference : Manufacturing/Service

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
