Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet project requirements. The position requires overseeing the progress of development activities, troubleshooting challenges, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. The engineer plays a pivotal role in shaping the software architecture and delivering high-quality solutions through collaboration and strategic planning.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Solid knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, and billing within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SD modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues related to sales and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Finance and Materials Management.
- Skilled in documenting functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams for solution implementation.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
