Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in smooth financial management for our FMCG manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and bills.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash book management.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain ledger accounts and reconcile balances.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books/ERP, and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com (Commerce Graduate)
- Additional certification in Accounting or Finance is an advantage.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in an FMCG or Manufacturing company.

Reporting To:

Finance Manager / Accounts Manager / CFO

Salary:

As per company standards and candidate experience.
