Job Description:

Rightpath Solutions is looking for energetic and customer-oriented BPO Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while meeting performance targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers by resolving queries and providing accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
