Job description:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing onboarding processes, payroll activities, and maintaining accurate employee records. Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records in HR systems. Payroll Support

Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing. Assist in preparing payroll reports and resolving discrepancies. Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement support.

HR Operations: Maintain and update employee databases. Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.



Handle employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Robust proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Attributes: Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and payroll systems (added advantage).
