About the Role

IHW Council is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Outreach Executive to support outreach initiatives, build relationships with relevant stakeholders, and drive participation across events, campaigns, and industry programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with relevant brands, corporates, healthcare professionals, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects and stakeholders.
- Follow up with prospects to generate participation and engagement.
- Support event registrations, delegate outreach, partnerships, and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential partners.
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of outreach campaigns.
- Prepare basic reports on outreach performance and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in outreach, business development, sales, client servicing, telecalling, or event-related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable with calling, email communication, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
