Seeking a reliable and organized Cafeteria Manager to oversee our cafeteria, serving patients, visitors, and staff. This role involves managing inventory, staff, and customer service for a self-serve or counter-service snack area — no cooking or meal preparation required.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily cafeteria operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours (shift changes, visiting hours, etc.)
- Manage inventory of snacks, beverages, and packaged food items
- Place orders with vendors and suppliers; track deliveries and restock shelves/coolers
- Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock (FIFO) to minimize waste
- Supervise and schedule cafeteria staff
- Handle cash register/POS operations and end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintain a clean,



sanitized space consistent with clinic health standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food storage and handling
- Address concerns from patients, visitors, and staff promptly and professionally
- Track budget, expenses, and sales reports
- Coordinate pricing and occasional promotions for snack items
- Maintain a calm, welcoming presence appropriate for a healthcare setting

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Restaurant: 2 years (Required)
