We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, follow up on leads, and explain the company’s services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads generated through digital advertisements.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company’s services clearly.
- Answer customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up status.
- Regularly update lead information in the company’s system.
- Follow up with interested prospects and support the lead conversion process.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.




- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a similar role.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily calling targets.
