Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Develop creative marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Handle social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage influencer marketing collaborations.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
- Work closely with the content and design team to create effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest marketing.
- Knowledge of Email Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
