Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, walk-ins) and convert leads into appointments

Explain clinic services (skin, hair, laser, aesthetic treatments) clearly to clients

Coordinate and schedule appointments with doctors/therapists

Maintain proper follow-up with leads and existing clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat visits

Manage patient records and update CRM regularly

Handle billing coordination and basic front desk operations

Address client concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction

Support marketing team with lead updates and feedback

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English + Malayalam)

Presentable and qualified attitude





Basic knowledge of skin/hair treatments is an advantage

Experience in customer handling/sales/clinic front office preferred

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
