Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Head to lead and oversee the overall operations of our retail business in Thodupuzha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving business performance, optimizing processes, and managing multiple retail functions to achieve organizational goals. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in retail operations management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all retail outlets to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor store performance, sales targets, inventory management, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with department heads to optimize workflows and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence across all locations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations teams to enhance performance and employee productivity.
- Analyze business reports, MIS, and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards,



and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and expansion initiatives.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly while maintaining business continuity.

Requirements

- Qualification: MBA
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Retail Operations, with significant experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and store management.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple retail locations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office applications, and retail management software.
