Job Title: Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and effective Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain company data. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and software.

* Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

* Review and correct errors to ensure data integrity.

* Organize, maintain, and retrieve digital records as required.

* Prepare reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel.

* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

* Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update required information.

* Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Requirements





* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Good typing speed with high accuracy.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Basic knowledge of data management and office procedures.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of Google Sheets and online data management tools.

* Basic understanding of CRM or ERP software.

* Time management and multitasking abilities.

* Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
