We are looking for an experienced(minimum 3 years) and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our jewellery business. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of jewellery billing, inventory accounting, GST compliance, financial reporting, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Handle jewellery billing (gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery products).

Prepare and verify invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and delivery challans.

Maintain purchase, sales, and stock accounting records.

Reconcile daily cash, bank transactions, and customer accounts.

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Ensure accurate GST calculations and timely GST return preparation.

Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile physical stock with accounting records.

Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Jewellery Billing: 3 years (Preferred)
