Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve ROI
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools
- Conduct audience research and implement effective targeting strategies
- Handle SEO activities including on-page and basic off-page optimization
- Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profile for local visibility
- Write and publish blogs/articles to improve organic traffic and engagement
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends





Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3 years preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, GMB optimization, and content marketing
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in running lead generation campaigns
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or CMS for blog publishing
- Copywriting and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
