Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator with a commerce background and working knowledge of construction materials. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records related to materials, and supporting accounts and procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry of Production, Proforma Invoice, invoices, and stock records in software (e.g., Tally, Excel).
- Maintain and update material inward/outward registers and stock ledgers.
- Prepare and process billing entries, purchase entries, and inventory records.
- Assist in verification of material receipts with purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain proper documentation of materials etc.
- Coordinate with site/store team for daily material consumption reports.
- Generate reports related to stock, consumption, and purchase.
- Support accounts team in GST billing entries and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all data-related work.
- Maintain organized filing (both physical and digital records).

Required Qualifications:

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good understanding of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.).

Skills & Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Tally/ERP systems.
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of GST billing and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in data entry / computer operator role, preferably in construction or infrastructure industry.

Additional Requirements:

- Familiarity with site/store operations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
