Job Title: Tele Sales Agent – Automobile / CNG Installation

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Agent to promote our automobile CNG installation services. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, generate leads, explain CNG conversion benefits, and schedule vehicle inspection or installation appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential and existing customers regarding CNG kit installation services.
- Explain the benefits, cost savings, and features of CNG conversion.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle inspection and installation.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales and workshop teams.
- Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements

- Minimum Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or automobile sales preferred.




- Positive communication skills in Malayalam; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.

Preferred Skills

- Automobile or CNG industry knowledge.
- Lead generation and follow-up.
