Roles & Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 100–150 key accounts, building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Own overall P&L; accountability for all assigned accounts — drive revenue growth, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, performance reports, dashboards, and insights using advanced Excel skills.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet growth targets, retention goals, and business objectives.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell,



and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase share-of-wallet.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product, delivery) to ensure timely delivery and execution of client commitments.
- Monitor and analyse key account performance metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities; take corrective actions where needed.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy discussions with clients and internal senior leadership.
- Address client issues proactively and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and update account documentation, Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity that may impact key accounts.
- Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration, flexibility, and cultural fit in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, sales, marketing, product, operations, finance) to ensure seamless delivery and execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
