Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Voice Process Associate (2–5 years’ experience) to handle inbound and outbound calls, support clients and promote midfin360 financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain midfin360 products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, NPS, etc.)
- Assist customers with onboarding, KYC, Investing and resolve customer queries/complaints within TAT
- Perform follow-ups for leads, renewals and conversions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/system
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

Qualification/Required Skills:

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduates / Diploma
- 2–5 years’ Experience in voice process / Customer support
- Excellent verbal communication




- Strong convincing and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred)
- Good listening and problem-solving ability
- Goal-oriented professional with strong execution skills
- Experience in fintech, banking or insurance is an added advantage

Work Location: Coimbatore

Preferred Profile

- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Candidates with fintech experience will have an added advantage
- Proficiency in multiple languages (Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu) is a plus
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
