About the Company

Jivanurja is a fast-growing naturopathy and wellness brand operating clinics across Maharashtra - currently in Pune, Pimpri, Nashik, Sambhajinagar and Thane, with 2 additional branches opening shortly. The business has grown on the strength of solid brand-building, marketing and a high-value service model.

The company is entering a faster expansion phase, with plans of scaling toward multiple locations across Maharashtra.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to take ownership of a cluster of 4–6 branches, driving branch health, Branch Manager development, patient experience consistency, and cluster-level P&L.;

The person will operate as the single accountable owner for their cluster - coordinating with various function heads for support while owning execution on the ground. This role requires strong operational discipline, people leadership, and the ability to build repeatable branches across multiple locations.

1. Branch Health & Operational Oversight

Own overall branches health across the cluster - patient flow, operational compliance, patient experience, team cohesion, and branch environment. Conduct regular branch visits, structured reviews with Branch Managers, and address issues before they impact revenue or patient experience.

2. Branch Manager Development

Coach, develop, and hold accountable the Branch Managers across the cluster. Run weekly 1:1s, quarterly performance reviews, and identify growth opportunities. Build a strong pipeline of branch leadership as the cluster expands.

3. Cluster-Level P&L;

Own cluster-level revenue and cost performance. Track branch-wise contribution, identify underperforming branches, and drive corrective actions. Coordinate with Sales Head on conversion trends and Finance on cost patterns, escalations to business head.

4. Escalations & Issue Resolution





Serve as the first escalation point for Branch Managers on branch-level operational matters - staff conflicts, patient complaints, vendor issues, resource constraints. Resolve within cluster authority; escalate to Business Head or relevant Function Head where beyond scope

5. Cross-Branch Coordination

Share what works between branches - successful practices, patient handling approaches, team engagement methods. Prevent branches from operating as isolated silos.

6. Governance

Run weekly reviews with Branch Managers, cluster reviews with Business Head, and participate in monthly cross-function reviews. Own the discipline of structured meetings, action tracking, and follow-through.

Candidate Profile

Experience

- 13–15 years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Strong exposure to multi-unit / multi-branch operations - healthcare, hospitality, wellness, service-led businesses
- Has run 3+ branches or units under direct ownership for at least 3 years
- Background in scale-up or rapid-growth phase
- Strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution

Must-Have Capabilities

- Proven track record managing branch/unit-level P&L; across multiple locations
- Strong people leadership - coaching, holding accountable, developing branch-level leaders
- Ability to build and enforce operational discipline, cadences, and reporting rhythms
- Data literacy — reading branch dashboards, spotting trends, acting on leading signals
- Excellent communication — with senior leadership, function heads, and branch teams
- Willingness to travel regularly across cluster branches
- Comfort in an entrepreneurial, founder-led environment

Preferred

- MBA / PGDM in Operations or Management
- Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or multi-clinic operating models
- Network across tier-2/3 Maharashtra cities
- Experience supporting new branch/unit openings (replication)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
