Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team responsible for planning, designing, and implementing water supply and treatment systems.

- Develop and execute water treatment and supply strategies in line with public health and environmental regulations.

- Oversee the execution of water infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design strategies and project planning protocols.

- Coordinate with municipal authorities, environmental agencies, and stakeholders on urban drainage and stormwater management solutions.

- Ensure proper implementation of water supply systems that support public health and water sanitation goals.

- Monitor and evaluate water resources to determine efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

- Lead team-building initiatives and provide guidance to enhance team performance and project delivery.

Requirements

- Team Leadership: Proven leadership experience in a technical or engineering role.

- Team Management:Ability to manage and delegate tasks across multidisciplinary teams.

- Team Building:Skilled in fostering team cohesion and productivity through effective communication and motivation strategies.

- Water Treatment and Supply:Deep knowledge of water supply systems,



water treatment techniques, and urban drainage solutions.

- Project Planning:Experience in managing the full lifecycle of water-related projects from concept to delivery.

- Design Strategies:Expertise in designing productive and sustainable water supply and drainage infrastructure.

- Stormwater Management:Experience in developing and implementing effective stormwater control strategies.

- Environmental Engineering:Proficient in environmental engineering principles and water quality regulations.

- Public Health:Knowledge of water sanitation and health standards required for water supply projects.

- Project Management:Able to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple water management initiatives.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with M.E./M.Tech in Environmental / Public Health Engineering or equivalent.
