Pay scale
First 1 year [ Observation Period ]
Rs.15,000/- P.M (In Palakkad) and Rs.20,000/- P.M (In Chennai)
Next one year
Annual Increase of 10%-20% plus performance based profit sharing.
Growth Prospects (Within the organization)
Will be eligible for promotion as Manager - Finance after two year subject to interview by the board of directors and satisfaction of eligibility condition for the post of Manger - Technical.
