Job Summary

Archfusion Design is seeking a creative and technically strong Industrial Architect to lead the planning, design and execution support of industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing and mixed-use developments. The role involves developing concept designs through construction documentation while coordinating with structural, MEP, façade, landscape and project management consultants to deliver innovative, sustainable and commercially viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop architectural concepts, feasibility studies and master plans for industrial and commercial developments.

· Prepare concept presentations, detailed architectural drawings, working drawings and tender documentation.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire, HVAC and specialist consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

· Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC), local authority regulations and client requirements.

· Optimize layouts for manufacturing efficiency, logistics flow, warehousing and future expansion.

· Review shop drawings, material submissions and technical specifications.

· Attend client meetings,



design workshops and project coordination meetings.

· Undertake site visits and provide construction-stage technical support.

· Mentor junior architects

· Deliver projects within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.). Master's degree in Architecture or Industrial Design is desirable. Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) preferred.

Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in industrial architecture, logistics parks, warehouses, factories, PEB buildings, commercial developments or large-scale mixed-use projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
