Job Descritpion of SharePoint Developer

4+ Years Relevant Experience

Role Overview:

We are seeking Senior and Junior SharePoint Developers to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online components using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Workflows. The ideal candidate should be a strong ReactJS developer with demonstrated expertise in SharePoint Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online components using SPFx, Power Apps, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, productive, and reusable code using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SharePoint Framework and Power Platform solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in SharePoint development and Power Platform.




- Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
- Senior Developers: Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in SharePoint & Power Platform (Apps & Workflows) development, with a strong focus on ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git, DevOps).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
