Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head - Herbal Extract to lead and expand our B2B herbal extract business. The role involves driving sales growth, identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading product innovation and commercialization in the herbal/nutraceutical segment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Drive sales target achievement for the assigned region/segment
- Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion
- Develop and execute strategies to expand customer base in pharma, nutraceutical, and FMCG sectors
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts

Market Research & Strategy

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, demand gaps, and growth opportunities




- Perform competition analysis to benchmark products and pricing strategies
- Identify and evaluate new market segments and geographies

Product & Innovation

- Identify new product opportunities in herbal extracts and natural ingredients
- Work closely with R&D; for Recent Product Development (NPD)
- Drive product commercialization from concept to market launch

Client Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Handle customer queries, issues, and escalations effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Leadership & Execution

- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D;, and marketing teams
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement
