We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tour Advisor / Tour Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, booking, and coordinating travel experiences while ensuring exceptional customer service from inquiry to tour completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements
- Recommend suitable tour packages, destinations, and travel options
- Coordinate tour logistics including transportation, accommodations, and activities
- Communicate with vendors, hotels, and transportation providers to confirm bookings
- Prepare itineraries, invoices, and travel documents
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve booking issues or travel concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information
- Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth
Qualifications
- Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ year previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and booking/reservation systems
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
