Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily labour and contractor activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to site instructions.
- Monitor material usage and site housekeeping.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer for daily work execution.
- Maintain work quality and safety standards.
- Report daily progress to the project team.
Requirements
- BE, Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- 3–4+ years of experience in apartment/residential construction.
- Experience in supervising civil and finishing works.
- Good leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site.
