About the Role:

We are a pharmaceutical company focused on improving patient outcomes in Diabetes, Weight Management, and Arthritis. We are looking for a certified Yoga Instructor to conduct therapeutic yoga sessions for our patients.

The goal is to support patients with lifestyle management, pain relief, mobility, stress reduction, and overall wellness through guided yoga practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & conduct yoga sessions tailored for patients with Diabetes, Obesity/Weight Management, and Arthritis

- Educate patients on breathing techniques, gentle stretches, and poses safe for chronic conditions

- Coordinate with doctors/nutritionists to align yoga plans with patient treatment goals

- Conduct group sessions and 1:1 sessions for patients

- Track patient progress and provide feedback to the medical team





- Ensure safety - modify poses for different age groups and medical conditions

- Maintain session records and patient attendance

Requirements:

- Certification: Certified Yoga Instructor -

- Experience: 1+ years experience, preferably with therapeutic yoga or working with patients

- Knowledge: Understanding of yoga for Diabetes, Arthritis, Weight loss, and Lifestyle disorders

- Skills: Positive communication, patience, empathy, ability to explain in simple language

- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred

- Other: Must be compassionate and comfortable working with patients of all ages

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
