About the Role

We're looking for an Influencer Specialist who knows how to run the show behind the scenes - someone who understands the pulse of influencer marketing and can coordinate, organize, and execute campaigns with ease.

This role is all about smooth execution. From shortlisting influencers to sharing briefs, from negotiating costs to managing timelines - you’ll be acting as the backbone of the influencer domain.

If you enjoy working closely with creators, juggling multiple moving pieces, and making sure everything lands on time (and well), this one’s for you.

You'll be the one making sure every campaign moves forward - clearly, quickly, and creatively.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Sourcing and shortlisting influencers as per campaign needs (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Building relationships and closing influencer collaborations
- Explaining briefs, managing influencer queries, coordinating timelines and approvals
- Owning campaign execution - from scripts to final content
- Negotiating deliverables & costs
- Handling internal trackers, sheets, budgets, and reports
- Collaborating with copywriters, video editors, and ops team to meet deadlines
- Sometimes, attending shoots or brand events as the campaign face
- Basically: running the influencer side of marketing like a boss

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
