We are seeking a controls engineer responsible for programming, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems for special purpose machines. The candidate will work closely with mechanical design and application engineers to deliver reliable, high-performance automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development Develop PLC, HMI, Servo, Motion Control, and VFD programs for SPMs. Testing & Commissioning Test control panels during FAT and SAT; commission machines at customer sites and provide operator training.

Systems Integration

Integrate sensors, vision systems, robots, barcode readers, and safety devices.

Troubleshooting & Documentation

Diagnose machine control issues during installation and production; prepare electrical documentation, backup programs, and commissioning reports.

Preferred Industry Experience

- Should have complete Knowledge in Machine Building
- Troubleshooting & Documentation Diagnose machine control issues during installation and production; prepare electrical documentation, backup programs, and commissioning reports.
- Robotics & Vision Systems Packaging & Assembly Special Purpose Machines and Surface Mount Technology equipment automation. Industrial robot integration and machine vision inspection systems. Packaging machines and automated assembly line systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
